The role is supporting the Service Sales Team for European Markets, which is negotiating the service and maintenance contracts of wind power plants.
YOUR TASKS
Support the service sales managers in every phase of sales process such as
preparation of offers or costs calculation
Internal research on commercial or technical topics in relation to service proposals
Preparation of templates for internal management approval
Administrative support when contracts are ready for signature (e.g. final check on formatting and upload to document management system)
Support in improving sales tracking within specific regions
YOUR PROFILE
Registered student (m/f/d) ideally with focus on commercial-technical fields
Open-minded, collaborative and enjoying working with a variety of nationalities.
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office (mainly word, excel, power point)
Very good German and English knowledge (spoken and written)
Interest in renewable energies
