The aim of the Operations Assistant is to support the City Manager of the very dynamic and convivial campus of Cologne in their daily tasks, with a focus on the execution of events.

Responsibilities
- Working in close collaboration with the City Manager, your role will be to :
- Develop local awareness of Le Wagon, through events and tech talks
- Create an unforgettable experience for students
- Coordinate the alumni community in Cologne
- Ensure the operational management of the campus.
️ Brand Development ️
- Organize and execute regular marketing events (workshops, talks, round tables) on campus, at our partners' venues, or online
- Develop partnerships with local communities to promote our boot camps.
- Measure and analyze results to identify and replicate successes.
- Create local marketing campaigns (mailings, videos, etc.) with the German Marketing team.
Community Management
- Design and find new ways to endure a memorable learning experience for our students
- Organize regular events for our students, such as team-building activities, career week, etc.
- Communicate regularly with alumni to keep our community vibrant and inspired
Operations
- Work with the City Manager to ensure an impeccable working environment that meets the needs of internal staff, teaching teams and students alike.
- Support the City Manager in the day-to-day management of the premises.
- You are a people person who thrives on meeting new people and making them feel welcome.
- You are a clear and confident communicator in English. German is a plus, but not a must.
- You are a creative problem solver - highly structured, organised, and have the ability to work to tight deadlines to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.
- You have good project management skills and a real drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
- You are highly collaborative and proactive and love to help others reach their objectives.
- You are based locally in Cologne
