What to Expect

The Body Shop Training Team is looking for a motivated and energetic Training Coordinator EMEA who wants to put their skills to use in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

The Training Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the coordination of training deliverables in the EMEA region. In this role you will be working with instructional designers, Learning-Management-System administrators, and Training Program Managers to prepare learning courses for our internal Tesla and external Tesla partner audiences.

The ideal candidate has significant experience with Learning Management Systems and HR Information Systems. This person must be passionate about learning & development and an effective communicator with a creative mind.

What You’ll Do

Coordination and preparation of training deliverables for both internal Tesla and external Tesla Partner audiences. This will include online learning, instructor-led training classes and any variant in between
Maintain inventory of training material
Serve as the System Administrator for the Learning Management System and ensure new users are enrolled in necessary training courses and accurately capture attendance records
Provide support to facilitators prior to classes and be available to assist with administrative tasks to ensure that all classes are successfully delivered as planned
Maintain ownership of training attendance, completion tracking and reporting
Responsible for project tracking, documentation, and maintenance of an internal database to ensure that all training products are organized and up to date
Help develop new and modify existing online courses using common eLearning platforms (Articulate Storyline)

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a Training Coordinator role
Degree and/or equivalent working experience
Motivated self-starter able to identify issues and propose solutions without being asked. You should be extremely proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated project management, organizational and communication - written and verbal- skills
Interacts professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization and support different time zones in a timely manner
Experience working with Learning Management Tools and eLearning development software, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of training design
Business level German and English, any additional languages is a plus
