• You'll foster a culture of trust, serving as a trusted advisor and inspiring "partner in crime" to our leadership team and TRKKN management and retaining and developing our top talents.
• You'll be a go-to resource for cross-functional People & Culture matters, providing a comforting presence and an open ear for our TRKKIES' concerns.
• Maintaining a balanced perspective that encompasses the necessary pragmatism, the well-being of our TRKKIES, and the essence of our company culture, you'll champion a positive work environment.
• Continuously questioning the status quo, you'll bring fresh insights and craft innovative, standardized solutions for critical day-to-day challenges.
• You'll establish processes on a global scale, leaving no stone unturned.
• Collaborating closely with the People & Culture team, you'll effortlessly navigate between strategic initiatives and operational tasks.

The person we are looking for...

• With your extensive professional experience, you're well-versed in various People & Culture areas, encompassing both operational and strategic realms.
• Your expertise extends beyond day-to-day interactions with employees; you have successfully spearheaded larger-scale (global) projects.
• You have an innate drive to contribute your own ideas, taking the initiative to shape processes and proactively seeking out creative solutions to problems and opportunities.
• You feel comfortable with English as the company's language and are also fluent in German. You relish the chance to deliver inspiring presentations on People & Culture topics.
• As a dependable team player, you possess a deep passion for People & Culture matters and thrive in the face of new challenges. Your trustworthy nature, empathetic approach, and exceptional communication skills empower you to inspire and motivate others.
