• Reception activities and operation of the switchboard
• Answering and forwarding inquiries
• Organizing the conference area as well as the conference schedule and conference service
• Ordering and managing service supplies
• Organization and support of events (including active service to guests), interface with marketing and the canteen
• Maintenance of absence information
• Preparation of presentations

• 
  1-2 years of experience at the front desk.
• Degree in the hotel industry, or administrative background
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Good English skills
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good decision-making skills
