Internship

Digitization in laboratories is rapidly increasing, as is the company's team. They are currently looking for a motivated recruitment intern to support the growth of the team. You will have significant responsibility over the recruitment processes and work in a friendly, collaborative environment!

Student profile

You enjoy working in a professional and dynamic team that is ambitious and growing quickly. You have a good understanding of people and are currently studying one of the following fields.

Study program

Recruitment | Human Resources | Psychology | Social Sciences | Business

Daily tasks

• Draft job descriptions, review CVs, approach candidates, participate in interviews
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to select the best profiles
• Come up with new recruitment opportunities (employer branding)
• Form partnerships with universities and other institutions
• Organize fun team events

You are/have

• A student in one of the above study programs
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Great to work with!
