Your Mission

We drive the development of the new infotainment platform for Mercedes-Benz cars. We steer the large-scale project of round about 250 cross-functional teams and manage their interaction with stakeholders, establish and maintain Agile processes, facilitate and support the project toward achieving long-term goals.

As a part of a team of senior experts, you will work closely with Project managers and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders. Additionally you will support with planning and tracking the development of software towards achieving milestone, facilitation and organization of daily work.

Sneak preview of your future tasks

The delivery team mission is to deliver the best software in time and with quality to put our cars on the road. Our team is leading and coordinating the work of other teams on the following 4 areas: SW Integration, Release Testing, Release Delivery, and analysis of blocker defects.

As a student in the delivery team you will support the owners of those areas in their daily work by taking various over activities or small projects in the team to help overall delivery goals. Your role will vary from coordination to hands-on work.

Your Profile

Must Have

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Business Administration or a comparable field degree

• High motivation and curiosity to actively contribute to a daily changing and rapidly evolving Software development environment

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Agile mindset

• Proficiency in English

• Hand-on experience in Agile project methodologies

Nice to have

• Previous experience in startup environments.

• Familiarity with the automotive industry.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic coding skills in languages like C++, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with GIT and Jenkins.
