Your assignments

• Plan, schedule, and execute projects effectively.
• Ensure timely expenditure of CAPEX investments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
• Facilitate the seamless technology transfer of molds and injection molding machines.
• Participate in standardizing best practices for Injection Molding processes.
• Engage in global project initiatives.
• Support Value Streams by evaluating moldability and cost during product development.
• Create comprehensive URS documents for Injection Molding equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers/vendors to manage the bidding process in coordination with Procurement.
• Spearhead concept and design reviews alongside internal process owners and external suppliers.
• Oversee DQ, FOT, FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ phases of CAPEX projects.
• Lead equipment implementation efforts.
• Monitor and report CAPEX expenditures for each project diligently.

Your profile

• Possess a mechanical engineering degree with practical production experience.
• Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in the molding process and related business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the latest injection molding machine technologies.
• Exhibit work experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
• Showcase skills related to dialysis products.
• Exhibit strong analytical, synthesis, and creative thinking abilities with a strategic vision.
• Demonstrate team-building capabilities.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Have knowledge in CAD drawing (2D, 3D).
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English and German (minimum bilingual).
• Be able to travel as required.
