We are seeking a Customer Service Sales (m/w/d) for our Hamburg location to join us as soon as possible.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

• Support the sales team in implementing new business.
• Prepare and follow up on visits to existing customers, conducting visits as needed.
• Manage communication with our existing customers.
• Create quotations.
• Support and prepare price/condition negotiations (purchasing).
• Expand existing customer business.
• Increase the company's brand awareness.
• Update customer data and activities (CRM).
• Serve as the interface between the sales team and operational units.
• Provide strategic support to the sales management.
