We are seeking a Customer Service Sales (m/w/d) for our Hamburg location to join us as soon as possible.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

• Support the sales team in implementing new business.
• Prepare and follow up on visits to existing customers, conducting visits as needed.
• Manage communication with our existing customers.
• Create quotations.
• Support and prepare price/condition negotiations (purchasing).
• Expand existing customer business.
• Increase the company's brand awareness.
• Update customer data and activities (CRM).
• Serve as the interface between the sales team and operational units.
• Provide strategic support to the sales management.

• Completed training as a "Freight Forwarding and Logistics Specialist."
• Solid professional experience in sales and/or operations.
• Goal-oriented, success-driven, with a strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys teamwork.

• HANDS ON mentality: Works independently and proactively.
