YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
This position will be the first face and first impression for CIC’s many clients, guests, and vendors. You will join our Community Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.
Potential responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front desk experience to provide exceptional service, including welcoming guests, facilitating their transition to their host, and offering comprehensive support to new clients at CIC, such as key distribution, photo taking, and answering queries.
- Interacting with guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via electronic communication, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, even in challenging situations.
- Collaborating with and training other team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and handling a variety of client requests, from office rearrangements to international shipping inquiries.
- Overseeing the handling and organization of mail and packages for clients.
- Supporting team members with a range of operational tasks across the Community Team as required.
ABOUT YOU
As a Reception Coordinator you are an engaging, service-minded individual, reliable and capable of working independently. You're personable, calm in hectic environments, detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills. As a proactive team player, you excel in fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, treat everyone equally, and bring fresh ideas and excellent communication skills to all aspects of your work.
YOU HAVE
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Availability to work from the office every day.
- Ability to legally work in Germany. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in German which is optional, but will be seen as an advantage.
