How to contribute to our vision
Due to merger of the regional SCM organizations to a global team, we are looking for a Global Business Controller to secure global transparency.
The SCM organization is responsible of delivering and repairing parts for scheduled and unscheduled service from the global and regional inventories to the wind farms across the world.
The Global Business Controller should work to assure:
- Consolidate, analyze and report the forecasting of the key lines for the global SCM organization, working closely with Service Business Unit Controlling and controllers within the SCM finance team.
- Establishing and secure running global cockpit of key financial indicators for the worldwide SCM organization, to bring worldwide financial transparency to the next level and ensure fact-based decision making when running the financial governance activity of global SCM.
- Optimize global financial reporting tools to capture key topics on inventory evolution and productivity.
- Analyze variances in actual performance to the planned performance.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc analysis of worldwide SCM on finance topics of relevance for the senior management team in SCM.
- Contribute to performance controlling of departments within global SCM, e.g., Logistics, Warehouse, Repair workshops, Procurement or Planning, driving financial accountability into the organization.
What you need to make a difference

- Engagement and high sense of to deliver on monthly deadlines at the appropriate quality.
- Good understanding of data and database systems, e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, SQL, SAP analytics Cloud.
- Curious to understand the business and can link that to financial KPIs
- Solid understanding free cash flow drivers and accounting.
- Have experience with SCM related processes in SAP used in the analysis of financial KPIs e.g. warehouse or production modules or similar
- Knowledge and experience with accounting related to inventory
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting /Controlling/ Audit field preferable in a global team, supply chain experience would be an advantage.
- excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, intermediate Spanish skills would be a plus
