What part will you play? - In this position you will be part of the Quality Excellence team within the business unit “Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation”.
- You are the key manager and coordinator of business process management for this business unit.
- You drive governance topics like regulations and announcements.
- You support the development of Integrated Management System (IMS) with focus on in automation and digitalization worldwide.
- You coordinate and ensure the external certification and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 within our certification matrix.
- You conduct Management Review for IMS in our headquarter.
- You are the headquarter contact for the business in regards of social audits.
- You support in digital transition of quality processes.
What you need to make real what matters. - The basis of your success is a master’s degree in business management, in mechanical-, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject.
- You have several years of experience in the field of Quality Management especially in IMS.
- You are able to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience.
- You have a good knowledge of quality requirements in business processes.
- You understand and know management systems and structures very well..
- You have conducted audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001.
- You have experience of using Data Analytics tool e.g. Power BI.
- Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken complete your profile.
