iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Junior Brand Manager - VIE Contract (W/M/D)
Target start date: 01/06/2024
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and administrative support of projects to accompany numerous ongoing changes.
- Brand planning: hand in hand with the brand manager for the established and new brands (pediatric and meningococcal vaccines), preparation and implementation of operational marketing activities.
- Preparation of performance analysis to support in gaining impact.
- Preparation of marketing materials/campaigns - coordination with other departments (Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Communication, Event Management) and agencies.
- Contribution to Sales meetings.
- Contribution to brand planning exercise - at German level and in interaction with global teams.
- Market analysis - in coordination with the analytics department.
- Analysis of marketing activities impact.
- Monitoring of performance in regards of key indicators.
Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Previous Pharma/Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
- Extended MS Office Knowledge including presentation skills.
- Fluent English and very good command of German (at least B2).
- Project management-skills.
- Being proactive, solution-focused, self-confident, and knowing how to prioritize.
- Being able to process and present complex topics in an understandable and structured way.
- Have social competence, communication skills and be a team player.
- Willing to work transversally.
- Experience with new ways of working.
- Good skills in developing a variety of written and digital materials for audiences with different levels of understanding to the materials or subject matters presented.
- Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology especially about the new digital marketing channels.
- Excellent computer skills, including developing graphics for presentation materials.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
