As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the Creative Producer (f/m/d) and drive our business forward. This role is full-time and offers the flexibility to work on-site (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters.
As a part of our production team, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering a wide variety of multi-channel campaigns including but not limited to web & social content, photo and video shoots and experiential moments across our brand portfolio.The Creative Producer (f/m/d) will need to bring an experienced knowledge base of content production, a strong network and a hardworking collaborative outlook. You will be working closely with marketing and creative teams, and various external vendors and partners contributing to cross-functional projects. The role will report to our Creative Art Director and will require relocation to Leipzig or willingness to travel there minimum once a week.
- Project Management: In response to campaign briefs, oversee the creation, management, and execution of production timelines, creative team resourcing, budgets, plans, and talent/vendor contracts.
- Time Management: Develop and track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that the creative team, marketing, external vendors, and partners are kept informed, and productions are completed on time and within budget.
- Documentation: Maintain an organized system for administrative duties, including bids, invoicing, outreach, shoot briefs, call sheets, equipment, third-party vendor management, and archiving.
- Supplier Coordination: Secure, vet, negotiate, and manage external talent, crew, and locations with an efficient, high-quality approach.
- Budget Control: Monitor spending to ensure adherence to budget, liaise with the finance department to process invoices, ensure timely payments, and flag any financial issues to central marketing.
- Quality Control: Work closely with the creative and copy team to uphold Spread Group's brand standards across all assets.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the creative production team, internal teams, and external partners, continually improving efficiency and enforcing a structured production process.
- On-Set Presence: Oversee in-person shoots to ensure smooth execution.
- Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Social Brand Manager to identify high-potential external videographers, models, and production vendors.
- Image Management: Ensure all images are properly handled, archived, and retouched as needed.
- Experience: Solid experience in video and stills production. In-house or agency content studio experience is an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Punctual, methodical, and with airtight organizational and budgeting skills. You will be the person the team counts on to stay on top of everything, tracking multiple projects simultaneously and without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Talent and Resource Management: The ability to secure talent, locations, and resources quickly. Able to pivot and adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and foresee when outside resources are necessary.
- Autonomy: Able to take direction but requires minimal management and oversight to get the job done, managing multiple projects at once.
- People Skills: Knows how to bring out the best in team members and maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors, creatives, and freelancers. Skilled in managing multiple parties involved in one project and ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied while maintaining the creative vision.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date on social media, fashion trends, and youth culture.
