Main job responsibilities:

• Customer service via phone and e-mail for our English speaking customers
• Advising on product range and product selection
• Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and returns
• Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets

Your skills:

• Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
• Strong proficiency in English language skills
• Additional language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus
• Good computer knowledge and time management
• You have high listening and communication skills
• You work independently, solution- and service-oriented
• Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
• Knowledge of Tennis, Padel and/or Running Products are an advantage

Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working and can only be conducted from our office in Schutterwald.
