Current Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Site IT Coordinator to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you act as the central IT contact for our local office and EMEA-based remote users, ensuring top-tier support and system reliability. You will integrate into our global IT Infrastructure organization, collaborating with specialists and external partners to maintain a seamless digital workplace.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests efficiently using ServiceNow.
• Oversee IT asset management, including hardware inventories and software licensing.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles to empower users.
• Execute user administration within joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Optimize operations through simple automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Drive local and regional IT projects such as hardware refreshes and security initiatives.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or workplace technology.
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot networking, VPN, and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Fluency in English is required, complemented by conversational German.
