YOUR TASKS

Organization of the entire office management
Coordination and management of external service providers
Responsibility for the reception area
Independent processing of the e-mail inbox
General administrative activities
Support in procurement management
Contact for suppliers and external service providers
Visitor Management
Responsibility for asset management (telephone switchboard, meeting rooms, etc.)
Fleet management

YOUR PROFILE

Commercial vocational training
Professional experience in the reception area
Open, friendly, professional demeanor
Proactive and independent way of working
Quick comprehension
High service orientation
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Hands on mentality
Very good knowledge of English
Good MS Office skills
