Position Overview:

As a 6-month full time Internship Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by assisting with logistics invoice calculations/ reviews, documentation and data analysis. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the logistics industry and an opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and recalculate logistics invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized documentation related to logistics invoices
- Assist with data analysis tasks to control shipping costs and logistics capacity
- Collaborate with team members to support various office tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and proactive
approach
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Chinese or German language is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Must be available for part-time work or internship hours (enrolled student)
