At Magic Design, we believe that there are great Designers all around the world. That's why we are building a global remote team of first-class Designers to provide graphic design services to leading Startups and SMEs in Europe.

For a monthly fee, our customers can directly work with our team of Designers to support them with a wide range of different design projects: web design, ad creatives, Social Media Content, Illustrations, and much more.

Currently we are looking for a virtual assistant that can support us especially for our social media content creation and sales activities.

Your Tasks

• Support in our video content creation by uploading videos, writing descriptions and managing the day to day tasks of it
• Uploading and formatting of blog articles to Webflow
• Content Planning & Community Management on LinkedIn for personal and company profiles
• Sales Support Activities like updating contacts in the CRM or preparing tasks for the day or researching new leads
• Prepare KPIs for weekly meetings
• Support the founders in daily tasks (accounting, calendar mgmt. etc.)
