• Minimum 1 year of comparable position experience; internship or working student experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of business processes in fashion, consumer goods or retail industry
• Ability & willingness to understand complex system landscape
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional (IT, Enterprise Architecture, Global & local business functions, etc) & cross-cultural environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence) is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge with reporting solutions (e.g. MS OLAP Cube, Power BI) is a plus
• Hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform
• Business fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills
• International exposure and willingness to travel

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member who is capable on requirements engineering, project & change management as well as stakeholder communication to join our Business Solutions team and shape the future of Puma planning landscape.

• Build solutions that facilitates & supports the Go-to-Market, Sourcing & Purchasing processes (from budget to assortment planning to sales & operations)
• Collect, analyze, structure, improve or design both functional and non functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the (Senior) Business Process Manager in analyzing and understanding data to guide transformation & change
• Assist the (Senior) Business Process Manager in prioritizing & managing requirement implementation
• Work closely with the (Senior) Business Process Manager to coordinate cross-functional project teams & manage project rollouts
• Contribute to achieving success with designated resources, time, and budget, collaborating with internal & external IT solution providers.
• Integrate planning output and other needed data in Puma BI environment for reporting and data exchange with other applications.
