THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As the (Junior) E-Commerce Manager for the United Kingdom & Ireland, you will help your Manager to capture local demand, and drive strong growth by making our online offer locally relevant to our customers. You will work closely with colleagues from other E-Commerce functions such as Commercial Planning, Pricing and Marketing to provide attractive campaigns and locally relevant products to our customers.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Fluent in English, you must have a profound knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in the UK fashion market. Ireland is a plus.
Own the local homepage in terms of content and commercial campaigns and execute actions to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy. Plan, implement, analyse and develop onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.
Generate weekly assortment and website performance insights about your markets. Make local recommendations based on these data driven insights in order to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Planning, Pricing and Content teams to define the long-term commercial plan and weekly steering actions.
Provide input on the local market needs, customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.
Help define the local assortment strategy and ensure that relevant assortment for the local customer is made visible across all touchpoints.

Participate in functional and cross-functional projects and interact with various stakeholders, e.g. with Marketing, Supply or Digital Experience.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably within fashion industry. You round off your professional achievements by at least a bachelor's degree.
Good analytical skills, a result-oriented mentality with a strong drive to get things done and ability to work independently, you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
Commercial mindset and solid understanding of online fashion trading.
Flexible mindset and agile, you are well organised and feel comfortable leading several projects with the ability to manage different tools and stakeholders.
Must be fluent in English.
