I am working with a top ServiceNow Solution Partner in the DACH market who is looking to expand its team with experienced ServiceNow professionals.

They are looking for professionals that speak fluent English and German. You can be based in Germany or Austria and will have the flexibility to work from anywhere you want for large parts of the year.

Your tasks

• Consulting their customers in the context of their ServiceNow digitalisation initiatives
• Analysis of business and technical requirements
• Creation of solution and implementation concepts, as well as coordination with the customer teams
• Design and development of solutions based on the ServiceNow platform in the areas of IT business management, customer service management and individual solutions
• Prospectively, the independent management of projects with a team

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist, IT specialist or IT specialist or comparable qualification, or computer scientist or comparable knowledge.
• They welcome motivated career changers!
• Experience in agile software development
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Customer-oriented appearance
• Ideally experience with and certification in ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience within the Service Portfolio Management module would be a bonus
