Your Role

develop metrology & inspection applications with FIB-SEM
work jointly & hands-on with internal hardware and software development groups
obtain first-hand knowledge of semiconductor FIB-SEM applications at customer sites and identify areas for improvement as well as new market opportunities
conduct data acquisition capains to support SEM and FIB columns
development conduct customer demos support activities related to requirements definition of in-line wafer metrology tool
support definition of machine automation strategy
bring the customer perspective in machine UI design
willingness to travel
Your Profile
- hands-on experience with SEM imaging and FIB-SEM sample preparation - preferably experience working with semiconductor devices
- excellent understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device architectures
- excellent understanding of SEM technology and SEM columns design
- relevant experience working in a semiconductor metrology and inspection environment demonstrated ability in development of new processes or methodologies using FIB-SEM or other SEM instruments
- experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- excellent communication skills, self-direction, integrity, positive thinking, strong learning desires and good teamwork
- Master Degree in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry (PhD desirable)
