Your mission

• Construct basic and style-specific block patterns to establish strong foundation standards
• Consolidate and validate block requirements across all Business Units to ensure effective governance
• Conduct systematic block reviews and market assessments alongside key stakeholders
• Deliver early-stage technical expertise regarding fit, garment construction, and workmanship
• Recommend and verify style block choices to secure consistent brand fitting
• Lead educational workshops on sizing, fit systems, and pattern application
• Drive key milestone fitting sessions on-site with expert technical guidance
• Optimize 3D design workflows through specialized pattern and construction advice

Your talent

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Garment Technology or Fashion Engineering
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in apparel technical development, pattern making, and block construction
• Profound expertise in fit systems, sizing principles, and advanced garment construction
• Comprehensive experience across product categories such as knits, wovens, outerwear, tights, and sports bras
• Analytical approach to evaluating pattern performance and product enhancements
• Strong cross-functional communication skills across regional Design and Product Management teams
• Proficiency with digital 3D tools like V-Stitcher, Style3D, or CLO is highly advantageous
• Fluent English skills combined with an intercultural mindset
