you will work hand-in-hand with the Data Stewardship community to facilitate data quality issues resolution, data cleansing and on-boarding of newly enrolled members

You will be part of a larger team focused on building clear data governance guidelines in line with the company’s data strategy and ambition to become a data-driven organisation In this function, you will primarily focus on the technical coordination of the company-wide data readiness initiative, which ensures that high-quality data is being migrated to the new CRM system

You will closely support and supervise data cleansing activities at Sales and Service Companies (SSC), from the initial identification of local needs to the import of cleansed data back into source systems

You will define and track metrics showing preparedness for data migration and contribute to the documentation of processes ensuring the data is governed after the migration

You will be at the forefront of shaping a strong culture of data and act as a role model to foster change management in the Data Stewardship community, so it embraces best practices and maintain fit-for-purpose data quality

An excellent university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, engineering, mathematics, or in a related field

5+ years of demonstrated ability in an organisation with large-scale data governance, management, and quality operations

Strong experience leading large multi-functional data programs/projects

Experience in establishing and continuously improving of data governance principles, frameworks, and strategies

Deep understanding of information management practices including data life-cycle management, data modelling and master data management

Sound knowledge of major business IT systems like CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), Data warehouse (e.g., Teradata, Oracle) and cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure), data catalogue and data governance technical solutions (e.g., Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog)

Strong ability to communicate business processes and system-wide changes to a technical and non-technical audience

Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and conceptional thinking paired with the ability to understand multiple inter-dependencies

Excellent English skills, German is a plus
