GLOBAL PROGRAM MANAGER

• Responsible for managing complex global projects. You will take over the strategic planning and management of central and highly complex projects.
• Through a coordinated prioritization and structuring of individual project steps, ensure efficient project implementation.
• Monitor the course of the project and progress based on parameters and milestones in order to optimize successful implementation and to be able to take countermeasures at an early stage in the event of deviations.
• Ensure project implementation in accordance with the respective project goals, taking into account the product development process. You document and report the project milestones and goals.
• Provide valuable advisory support in the planning and implementation of series products.

• Proven experience in the field of technical leadership and successful management of programs.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements and time frames through an analytical and problem-solving-oriented approach
• Good negotiation skills and very good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

• You have successfully completed a Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering

• Several years of professional experience in the field of project management (including cost control, calculation, scheduling and resource planning).
• Experience in the automotive industry (ideally chassis business) as well as experience in the areas of change and claims management
