Position Details

Document Management Clerk (m/w/d)
Department: Preparation + Scanning
Type of position: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
Pay: The pay range for this position starts at €14 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, XBP Europe operates a pay for performance incentive scheme, where based on your individual performance level, you can earn up to a 30% monthly bonus.
Working hours: Eight hour shifts
Two shift system: 06:00-14:30, 13:30-22:00

Job Description

Preparation of documents
Scanning and capturing documents, operating the high-performance scanner and visually checking the image quality according to work instructions
Ensuring the document sequence and quality assurance in the respective process
Checking, labeling and archiving the processed batches
Searching for requested documents and forwarding them for further processing

Requirements

Very good comprehension and organizational skills
Independent, correct way of working
Reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills
Very trustworthy handling of customer data
High-quality awareness and attention to detail
Police certificate of good conduct
MS Office package knowledge
Good knowledge of spoken and written German or English in order to understand safety and working instructions
