We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Partnership & Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with our most important national and international MedTech and pharma clients, while driving the planning and execution of their educational initiatives within our Netflix-style TV education formats. This position combines consultative sales, partnership management, program development, and event coordination in a unique, international medical education environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national and international MedTech and pharma key accounts
- Build deep understanding of client strategies, products, and needs to identify tailored partnership opportunities
- Develop and pitch customized, data-driven sponsorship and education proposals
- Advise clients on digital and hybrid medical education, content strategy, and campaign effectiveness
- Foster long-term relationships through proactive account management, regular reviews, and strategic planning
- Plan and execute client TV events (EN/DE), coordinating speakers, scientific chairs, and internal teams
- Oversee project timelines, communication, and execution across all stakeholders
- Support program marketing and audience engagement in collaboration with the marketing team
- Analyze KPIs, market trends, and client feedback to innovate educational formats and strengthen Winglet’s positioning
- Lead contract negotiations, close deals, drive revenue, and conduct outreach to new potential partners
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sponsorship Sales, preferably in MedTech, pharma, or healthcare education
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate client objectives into tailored program solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in planning and managing digital and hybrid events is highly desirable
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in both German and English (written & spoken) is a must
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend partner meetings and industry conferences
