Allianz Consulting was established in 2004 as the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our vision is to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects. Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our client's requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.
The Practice area of Distribution & Life Consulting primarily focuses on driving initiatives along all sales channels for Allianz Group. Being the innovative force behind Sales Excellence, several projects to digitize and optimize our online as well as offline sales channels are shaped by our consultants. The other objective is to foster digitalization and drive efficiency for our life insurance divisions - traditionally being one of the strongest business segments at Allianz.

Support of our management team in their daily business activities
Proactive involvement in our projects including client communication and interaction
Support of our different service cluster to develop products and elaborate on new project approaches
On-demand business analysis as well support in project pitches
Organize consulting events e.g. practice area meetings, off sites, steering communities etc.

An attractive monthly salary of 1.800 € (Bachelor students) or 2.000 € (Master students) for working students on a full-time basis

Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
