As a Customer Service Representative Manager you actively represent the interest of our international customers together with your team. As our customers' first point of contact, your team acts as liaison between the customer, internal departments and other branch offices, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging issues that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Day-to-day management and development of a team of 13 employees in a role model function
• Ensuring communication with the customer as well as the local sales team and service providers in an international environment
• Identify and assess client needs and deliver commercial solutions in collaboration with your team and internal process partners
• Understand and implement complex contractual agreements and support processes between our clients and our internal process partners.
• Effectively lead the internal stakeholders' sales steering meeting, manage relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the customer service administrative department, and ensure data accuracy on the customer service tool platform
• Ensure that our products and services are offered to our customers, delivered on time and billed correctly

Exigences du poste

• Higher education diploma or equivalent; or 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
• Having experience as a team lead or in a managerial role is required
• Experience with customers and general understanding of contract structures
• Fluency in the German and English language required, French language skills are beneficial
• Familiarity with SAP system preferred, experiences with BI are beneficial
