What to Expect

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Content Developer Intern to join our team and support our commitment to employee growth and organizational excellence. As a Digital Content Developer Intern you will use your creative and analytical mindset to develop new engaging effective digital learning materials. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital learning content, gaining practical experience in the intersection of education, technology, project management and creativity.

What to expect

Start date: December/January

Duration: 6 months

Location: Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the setup of new digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive presentations, and other multimedia materials

Work closely together with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with learning objectives and instructional design principles

Edit and enhance existing digital learning materials to improve overall effectiveness

Contribute ideas for innovative and engaging learning solutions based on industry trends and emerging technologies

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives

What You’ll Bring

Highly motivated to learn and positive ‘can do’ attitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably studying in the field of IT, Business Informatics, Design, Marketing, Education (e.g., Bildungswissenschaften etc.) or similar

Creative thinker with the capability to think outside of the box and challenge the status quo

Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify the complex and generate innovate solutions

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast paced work environment

Experience with Microsoft 365

Fluent in English and advanced level in German preferred
