Knorr-Bremse is embarking on an ambitious AI journey. The Transformation and Digitalization Office designs and drives this transformation jointly across corporate functions and business divisions.

Your Tasks

• AI Use Case Demand Management: Support the design, documentation, and organization of AI use cases across Knorr-Bremse (e.g., improving data quality, clustering, building agents to evaluate AI clusters, and connecting data exchange between the AI inventory and internal reporting tools). Assist in AI learning journeys, alignments, and internal communications.
• AI Strategy & Communication: Help build intranet content including news and call-to-actions. Drive community engagement and support board-level presentations for executive management.
• Process Mining via Celonis: Drive transparency regarding benefits generated through Celonis. Collect, consolidate, and update business-wide forecasts and actuals while handling platform administration tasks.
• Community & Know-How Sessions: Gather content for innovation sessions to promote digital transformation across teams and execute strategic communication plans.

Your Profile

• Current studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• First practical experience with AI technologies is an advantage
