Job Details:
General assistance in all administrative areas, in particular accounting-related as well as project administrative tasks. Support to
Management, Marketing, Public Affairs and Business Development as well as production of all marketing activities. This position is
Hamburg-based.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist general management, administration and project management
- Ensure that all receipts and payments are promptly dealt with and that all payments are authorised in accordance with the company’s
current internal controls policy. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures as well Input payments / transfers onto Bankline system and
monitor bank account balances on a daily basis, including chasing overdue monies. Preparation of customer invoices
- Coordinates the production of marketing communications (marcomms) and other sales and marketing information and to ensure they
stay current
- Assist in organizing trade fairs and conferences
- Support the general bid process, review bid documents and offers. Preparation of documents as required by Project Managers and
Business Development Managers, including translation of press releases and technical documents, presentations and executive documents
- Organization of corporate hospitality, events and functions
- Travel Management delivering cost effectiveness and efficiency – including flights and hotels
- Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular comply with the code of conduct,
quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from
time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them
