You will drive customer satisfaction by managing the full lifecycle of network optimization and deployment. Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute seamless integration of Nokia Optic Products and Solutions into diverse customer environments.
• Conduct professional product presentations, Proof of Concept (PoC) tests, and live demonstrations for clients.
• Provide comprehensive remote and on-site support services to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with technical personnel to resolve complex issues and maintain a clear information flow.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist project managers and network consultants in delivering innovative solutions and meeting tight deadlines.

What You Bring to the Team

• A university degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid expertise in telecommunication technologies and current industry standards.
• Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong familiarity with the Nokia Optical Network (Optics) product family is highly desirable.
• A foundational understanding of IP networking architectures and principles.
• Outstanding analytical skills paired with a solution-oriented and creative mindset.
• The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
