We are looking for an enthusiastic personality who loves running as much as we do, no matter the pace or distance.

To strengthen our partnership with RUNNING SPECIALTY we will increase our team at several locations (Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart)

Your Role:

Knowledge and application of adidas strategy within the assigned customers and categories
Build professional and personal relationships with key decision makers
Input & support execution on account strategies
Execute sell-in /& support sell-out as well as formalization based on account marketing plans.
Leverage market insights - in terms of knowledge of the competitive landscape and trends in relevant distribution channels - to influence buying decisions leading to adidas sales and growth.

Drive training, communication and best practice processes into each of the clusters, to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
Organize and ensure availability of relevant training materials.
Implement seasonal product training to dedicated customers.
Review training materials received from Global/Europe and adapt the training to the requirements of the local market while maintaining the integrity of the course and its learning objectives to ensure consistent delivery across Europe.
Represent the brand on events and campaigns.
Represent assigned customers internally as 'ambassador for the category'

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Profound knowledge in Biomechanics of Running
Basic understanding of Running retail environment
Very good influencing and communication skills
Strong team-player
Results oriented
Ability to influence business partners in other functional areas to build consensus and understanding
Mental flexibility, self-initiative, and determination
Good skills in German and English languages (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. For the position located in the wider Stuttgart region business proficiency in French is required.
Good knowledge of MS Office package, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in business administration or sports economics (preferably Biomechanics; Sport Science and Business Administration)
Passion for running
