Responsibilities
- You manage projects from smaller to large scale, mainly in the area of E.ONs Social Intranet Plattform “Connect”, plus additional innovation projects within employee engagement scope
- You own the projects through all the project phases, from idea to operations enabling.
- You create an amazing team spirit within the projects, by using project management standards, e.g. SCRUM or PMI waterfall where appropriate
- You manage the units project portfolio with respects of time, budget and resources
- You keep an eye on controlling running project costs according to new CoMo
- You ensure projects comply with the relevant IT processes, including application management, due diligence, as well as IT security, data protection and audit requirements
You take care of the stakeholder and business relationship management -
Qualifications
- You have several years of work experience as IT project manager
- Profound knowledge on major project management frameworks (agile, e.g. SCRUM / waterfall, e.g. PMI/PMP)
- Proven experience in requirements management
- Proven experience in E.ON''s project management processes (due diligence) and purchasing guidelines (RFI, RFP)
- Profound experience and knowledge in digital project management tools (Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Planner)
- Ability to take ownership on topics to lead and inspire project teams
- Excellent German and English skills, additional European languages would be a plus
