As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately:
Sales Representative (South East Germany) (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and new acquisition of strategic local dealers and fleets (South East Germany)
- Serving customers in terms of optimizing sales results
- Realization of sales, revenue, contribution margin and DSO targets
- Processing of the area and exploitation of all intresting potentials in coordination with the Sales Director TBR
- Support for the TOP customers so called Key Accounts in the region in cooperation with the Sales Director TBR
- Implemantation or enforcement of centrally controlled sales activities (sales promotion measures)
- Collection and documentation of the market, customers, channels and competitors data (market observation/market information)
- Participation in the definition of sales targets and customer planning (forecasts on a monthly and annual basis for all sales channels)
- Improvement in sales (mix) for products with high revenues
- Reporting of all channels, customers and competitors on daily base via the CRM tool (if available)
Your Profile:
- A commercial or technical degree
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in technical sales
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of the TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) market and business
- Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
