ESMT’s career development center plays an active role in supporting, advising, and guiding students as they make their next career move. Throughout the MIM and MBA programs, students work individually with coaches, mentors, and advisors who can give hands-on information and skills about how to achieve career goals and transition into the next career steps. The career development center also develops and maintains relationships with the corporate world to support intensive intersection between students and companies.

To support our team, we are looking for a

Student Assistant - Career Development Center
(m/f/x, part-time - 20 hours/week, to start as soon as possible)

• Promote and search for jobs, internships, and events on our platform
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking, write and edit articles for our knowledge database
• Potentially take ownership of our career development centers’ social media presence
• Provide administrative and operational support for on-campus career and networking events
• Generate documents, surveys, and interact with students
• Maintain databases and records

• Fluent in English
• Excellent MS Office and social media skills
• Interest in HR or career-related topics
• Client-oriented attitude and sense of empathy
• Practical approach and attention to detail are important
• Ability to work independently with multiple tasks at a time, multi-cultural environment
