In our programs department, we are looking for a

Student Assistant – Program Planning
(m/f/x, 20 h/week, to start as soon as possible)

This position mainly supports the Programs Planning team, which works in a centralized program operations function. The Program Planners provide planning and scheduling of the different programs to the program teams (incl. Faculty Lead and Cluster Director, as well as Program Manager). Doing so, it considers the requirements of the individual programs and produces adequate schedules based on that. The student assistant will also support the Programs Planning team by balancing the School’s resources (rooms, faculty) across the entire program portfolio.

• Support the program planners with the organizational and administrative tasks (e.g. booking rooms)
• Prepare and update datasets and record on various platforms and tools (e.g. Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Zoom)
• Maintain databases of current and past program participants
• Prepare and disseminate reports

• Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor's or master’s program for at least 12 more months
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
• Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a logical mindset
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time-, and office-management
• Are able to work independently
• Experience with eLearning platforms, and campus management systems is desired
