Your Mission

As a localization expert, you will bridge the gap for thousands of learners worldwide. You will identify localization needs and adapt courses and exams specifically for the German-speaking market. Working alongside subject matter experts, you will create and translate highly interactive online training content that is culturally relevant and engaging. Your work directly impacts the reach of our training and the success of our product in German-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Celonis Academy materials, including courses, exercises, and exams, from English to German
• Review and post-edit machine-translated training content to ensure linguistic excellence
• Perform quality and functionality checks based on direct learner feedback
• Maintain and update language-specific tools such as translation memories and glossaries
• Provide active input for the continuous improvement of our translation processes

Your Profile

• Native-level proficiency in both German and English
• Current studies in the field of Translation, Linguistics, Communication, or a related discipline
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to grasp complex technical topics quickly
• A learner-centric mindset and attention to detail
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise) or Translation Management Systems is a plus
• Availability for at least 6 months starting from August 2026
