Creating, checking and updating internal overviews and work instructions
Research, preparation and post-processing of technical documentation
Creating and optimizing new processes and internal workflows

Good knowledge of English
Chinese knowledge (advantageous)
Routine handling of the common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader
Independent, structured and careful way of working
Pleasure in working in a team
Technical understanding and further foreign language skills are a great advantage
