What We Look For

• A completed degree in Business & Economics – or a creative mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• First professional experience in accounting or controlling (e.g., internships).
• Strong IT affinity and interest in digitalization; ideally initial experience with SAP R/3, FI & CO or SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
