We are looking for a professional Office Administrator with strong organizational and advanced computer skills.

The candidate must be a reliable team player, able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• You will type correspondence: letters, reports and other documents
• You will deal with post: courier shipments and tracks package; accepts and distributes deliveries by sorting, prioritizing, answering to, organizing and distributing mail.
• You will schedule and prepare meeting rooms
• You will provide receptionist services: greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, passing on calls and ensuring appropriate telephone coverage is maintained at all times.
• You will maintain office files
• You will implement and maintain office procedures
• You will manage office budget (facilities, stationary supply,etc.)
• You will be the main point of contact for the office
• You will liaise with suppliers
• You will do all the necessary travel arrangements for the staff
• You will provide support for visa and work permit application and liaise with local authorities
