HR Team Assistant (m/f/d) - Entry Programs

Your new job includes

As HR Team Assistant (m/f/d) Entry Programs of our family-owned company, you will take on a key role in our Entry Programs team in the HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding department and ensure a smooth flow of projects and day-to-day operations. In particular, you will

prepare and plan assessment days for our professional early career entry programs and be the first point of contact for our internal customers
be involved in projects and fully responsible for our school internships
provide comprehensive support for applicant management, in particular you will be responsible for applicant correspondence and scheduling interviews
proactively research and prepare current topics and trends in the field of early career entry career programs
actively participate in operational HR work (e.g. preparing and following up on workshops, creating presentations and supporting our junior staff)
process travel expense reports and incoming invoices

What you should bring along

Successfully completed commercial training (in retail, hotel or other service industries) as well as practical experience as an assistant or in functions with an organizational focus
Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
You are a reliable organizational talent and always keep track of things with your independent and responsible way of working
You convince with your confident and empathic appearance on the phone as well as in personal contact
It gives you great pleasure to support your team in all facets of the daily business and thus create a trusting working atmosphere
