Your tasks

• Drive financial planning & analysis processes, including forecasting and budgeting. Develop financial models for long-term planning of the RTL Group portfolio.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the top-management, including research and benchmarking of operational drivers of our businesses.
• Support the monthly management reporting process to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the financial reporting. Prepare the monthly reporting of RTL Group’s streaming initiatives.
• Prepare financial analyses of RTL Group, markets and competitors in close partnership with the Investor Relations function.

Your profile

• An excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Finance or Accounting
• Relevant internships in the area of Controlling, Finance or Consulting
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with great attention to detail, strong commitment, and good business sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with teams across departments, businesses, and territories
• Fluency in English, a strong command of German and/or French language is a significant advantage
• Profound skills in MS Office applications (primarily Excel, PowerPoint), experience in SAP BO Finance is a plus
