Role Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Working Student to join our team as an Office Manager on site. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating and maintaining a positive and productive working environment for our employees. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from greeting international guests to organizing teambuilding activities, and you'll work closely with our office manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your work scope

Support the office manager with administrative and organizational tasks, including reception, hosting international guests, candidates, and suppliers, answering and forwarding phone calls, and processing mail
Contribute to creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment and atmosphere for employees
Organize the office and ensure that your colleagues always have access to all necessary working materials and are well supplied
Assist with the organization of internal events and teambuilding activities
On site position

Your background

You have very strong organizational talent
You are friendly and open to deal with an international multicultural environment.
You are comfortable to be the contact person for our employees, customers, business partners and candidates
You enjoy a variety of tasks and like to support where your help is needed
Flexible and able to adapt to fast-changing priorities
You have positive vibes and an eye for detail
Fluent German and English (both spoken and written) is a must, other languages are bonuses
Comfortable with MS Office
