As Junior Digital Solutions Developer, you will be instrumental in refining and automating existing business procedures within the global Quality Management Process, leveraging various digital tools. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you'll define requirements for digital integration and transformation, creating highly automated solutions to boost the overall efficiency of our processes. Your ability to visualize process flows and related KPIs will empower our business to enhance clarity and alignment. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Propose, enhance, and maintain digital processes within our Quality Management process landscape to improve efficiency through digitalization and automation.
- Manage and integrate data from diverse sources such as BIC Process Design and BIC Process Execution, Enablon, Snowflake, using cutting-edge tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Platform to generate key performance indicators for our processes (e.g., response rate, on-time delivery, usage).
- Support the design and architecture of new, more efficient, digital processes, workflows, and tools for our Quality Processes.
- Develop intuitive and customer-centric dashboards to visualize process performance and insights.
- Reduce manual processing efforts in quality processes through targeted task automation.
- Promote digital solutions, new tools, and features across the organization, train users on new digital processes, tools, and features, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business Information Systems, Quality Management, Process Management, Change Management, or Computer Science.
- Initial experience in a similar role, such as Data Analyst/ Business Ops Analyst/ BI Developer.
- Proficiency in programming and visualizing data in BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI). Alteryx programming skills are a plus.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative approaches to improve existing processes.
- Strong capability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and various partners.
