YOUR ROLE

• Lead and drive the sustainability ambition for Construction Adhesives
• Define our sustainability strategy and roadmap considering future trends and market requirements
• Drive sustainability programs beyond the already existing ones, from definition, to structure to execution
• Steer and review KPIs and progress with key stakeholders
• Regularly report on status update to the management
• Support our Business Units in the transformation to incorporate sustainability offers into the business plans and selling strategy
• Support internal and external communication in close cooperation with the sales organization as well as with the marketing team
• Key point of contact for all stakeholers within the Business Unit to drive sustainability agenda and development of a joint go-to-market strategy
• Grow and lead our sustainability team to meet the strategic ambition and business needs

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree with focus on sustainability, natural or environmental science, engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment (consulting and/or industry) with proven knowhow in driving projects and programs
• Experienced in managing global projects and networks cross multifunctional and international teams
• High motivation to drive new innovative sustainability solutions to serve the rapidly changing requirements our markets
• Professional presentation skills, written (proposals, presentations) and spoken
• Self-driven, solution-oriented way of working along with strong and effective communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach to new topics
• Business fluent in English, written and spoken
