In line with business strategy, the Transportation Specialist manages transport allocations, daily activities, handling of the emergencies (in case of transport disruptions) and provides functional analysis for system enhancements.

• Excellent knowledge of German and English (oral and written) ;
• Excellent knowledge of Amadeus and IATA ;
• Self-dependent way of working, strong team orientation and effective time management ;
• Dynamic and service-oriented work ethic with strong sense of priority.
• Manages the entire reservation process using the Amadeus reservation system ;
• Price calculation for individual flight inquiries ;
• Booking, processing and management of scheduled and charter flights ;
• Daily queue processing ;
• Daily processing of automatically booked flights ;
• Rebooking of flights in the event of flight cancellations or flight delays ;
• First point of contact for any issues regarding flight bookings or in case of technical problems ;
• Planning business trips\/flights for employees and events.
